When your personal and business values align within a studio, you (and everyone within the studio) feel comfortable, supported, safe & respected.
Studio Owners: Be very clear on your studio values, teacher values and your expectations of your team.
Teachers: Know your own personal values and the values of the studio you are working to ensure they are the same.
Ensure you clearly communicate your rules, boundaries and expectations in the classrooms, while parents and students are waiting
for class, when attending events etc.
Most important, ensure your marketing reflects your values, so the perfect students continue to walk through your door.
