From Teaching In A Garage To Selling A Studio For Multiple Six Figures

My journey started like many studio owners. I began teaching classes in my parents’ garage while I was still at school. Those few students turned into full classes, then a venue, then a fully established studio.

Over the years I have:

  • Started studios from scratch

  • Bought existing studios and rebuilt them

  • Grown my flagship studio to more than 1,000 students with a team of 30 plus

  • Sold that studio for multiple six figures

I know what it takes to enrol students, keep families coming back, build a strong team, manage cash flow, plan concerts, and still have a life outside the studio.

I also know what it feels like when things are heavy. When you are running on little sleep, trying to keep everyone happy, and wondering if there is a better way to do this.

That experience is the foundation of all the dance studio coaching and mentoring I do today.
