1. Who is eligible to join the Mastermind?

The Mastermind is designed for dance studio owners whose studios have approximately 200 students or more, or studios that have been operating for 5+ years

2. What is a suitability call?

A suitability call is a quick, no-pressure conversation to determine whether the Mastermind, the facilitator (Jen), and your business goals are a good match. 

3. When is the next intake?

You can apply to join the Mastermind at any time throughout the year. Because spots are limited and the cohort is kept small, once spaces are full you’ll need to wait for the next available opening.

5. How many participants are accepted in each intake?

To maintain intimacy and effectiveness, the mentorship program accepts a small group of committed studio owners at a time. Group sessions are also broken into smaller pods, so you’ll receive focused attention, deeper discussion, and personalised advice. 

6. Is there a long-term commitment?

No – the Mastermind operates on a rolling membership model, meaning you’re not locked into a 12-month contract. If you wish to stop your membership, simply provide four weeks’ notice and your payments will end accordingly.

Key inclusions are:

  • Daily coaching support through a private portal (with direct access to Jen and the mastermind community). 

  • Bi-weekly small-group “hot seat” coaching calls.

  • Monthly 1:1 private coaching call tailored to your studio’s needs.
