It’s no secret that the dance industry is changing. The students are different, the parents are different, the experiences and expectations are different – the entire culture of dance is different than it was for the generations gone by.
So how do we respond to these changes? We, as dance teachers, have an obligation to educate and mentor the next generation of dancers and dance teachers coming through the studio doors.
